At Sandy’s Up-North Sanctuaries LLC, we absolutely LOVE this time of year because everything starts coming alive again. Campgrounds fill up, kayaks hit the water, fishing poles come out of storage, and families, couples, and adventure-seekers head north looking for the perfect getaway.

And honestly? There’s just something magical about Northern Michigan in the summertime.

We are incredibly excited (and grateful!) to announce that Happy Camper is officially booked for Memorial Day Weekend!

The response for summer travel this year has been amazing already — and dates are filling faster than expected.

BUT… don’t panic.

There are still plenty of summer dates available throughout June, July, August, and early fall for guests wanting to experience everything Northern Michigan has to offer.

The Hot Tub Upgrade Is Coming Soon

One of our biggest upgrades at Happy Camper is officially underway — and trust us… it’s going to be worth the wait.

Our brand-new hot tub area is currently scheduled to be ready by mid-June, and we already know it’s going to become everyone’s favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring Northern Michigan.
